Shree Property Holdings is a proudly family-owned business specializing in premium industrial warehousing solutions across strategically located logistics nodes. Established in 2007, the company began as a focused property development enterprise, delivering A-grade industrial warehousing facilities, and has since grown into a trusted leader within the sector.
With a legacy built on experience and a solutions-driven approach, Shree Property Holdings has expanded its footprint significantly. Today, the company owns and manages over 100 properties in key locations near ports, airports, and major industrial nodes. Headquartered in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, our portfolio exceeds 800,000 square meters of industrial space, positioned around the region’s thriving current port and airport developments.
